Calling All Superheroes

After yet another year of canceling Lily's birthday party and having to reschedule because of snow, the day to party with my Superheroes is upon us...

As you can see by the pictures,

Lily and her friends had a fantastic time at her party.

The panic to hurry up and reschedule (again) was all worth it.

One last note:

Next year, her party will be in 

March.

Building Buffet

Did I mention that I have been on a mission lately?

When we redid our bedroom, we took a piece of furniture from this wall in the family room.

As you can see, it left that area quite empty... 

So my latest mission has been to fill this wall...

That's where this new buffet comes into play...

Along with all of these tiny pieces...

Getting this done meant that I had to enlist the help of a strong man...

Make that TWO strong men...

No, maybe I was right the first time.
