Sophia's School Field Trip

Today we got to go pumpkin picking with Sophia's kindergarten class...

Sophia was super excited that I was able to attend.
I think she was even more excited that her daddy was able to attend...

Picking the pumpkins was the first thing we did.
After pulling Sophia away from the worm she was intrigued by, she picked this beauty of a pumpkin...

I quickly learned that Maddie loves pumpkins, especially the baby sized kind...

With three kids, it's hard to take each individual child aside and get special time with them.
But today was Sophia's day and I am so glad that Joe and I were both there to spend this special day with her.

Today, I celebrate 10 years of wedded bliss.

10 Months

You, little girl, are turning in to a big bundle of cute.
Although exhausted every morning, your perfect little smile is the best way to wake up each morning.
You are growing by leaps and bounds.
You are also adding many new baby tricks to your ever expanding repertoire.

Here are some of your newest achievements:
This month you started saying "dog".
What's even cuter is that you say our dog's name Sasha (saw-sa)
You learned how to drink from a straw.
This makes going to restaurants a little lighter because now you can drink from a big girl cup, which means no more dragging zippy cups around.
You went from tummy to sitting finally.
You achieved this on a Friday.
The next day, you started crawling.
Your method of crawling reminds me of a bulldog.
You put your head down and charge forward.
It really is the most precious thing ever.
You also learned to say "ball".

I love that each month you get smarter and smarter.
And sweeter and sweeter...
