After adding ribbons and bows and unbreakable ornaments, our tree is finally decorated...
Because I was so eager to finish it, the girls didn't get to "help" as much as they had hoped to. So I had an idea to let them pick out their own tree that they could decorate any way they wanted. All the pink trees were sold out, so they went with this very traditional color instead...
They strung the garland and began hanging their own ornaments...
This tiny tree quickly became their pride and joy...
And with it's shiny tree topper...
And fuschia tree skirt...
This purplicious tree was now liked better by the girls than our big tree...
and Lily didn't hesitate in telling me so!
