Gymnastics Revue

Sophia has only been doing gymnastics for a short time, but it was time to show off all that she has learned during that time.

While waiting for the other 3-4 year olds to arrive, Sophia got a little practice in...

Lily was there to support her little sister.
She declared to me that she was going to "scream and yell the loudest for Sophia."
I love seeing the excitement they each have for each other...

I wasn't sure who was being sillier while not so patiently waiting.

All the girls and boy arrived and the revue was going to begin...

It started with some balance beam work...

and then some jumps on the trampoline (Sophia's favorite)...

Some flips on the bar...

followed by somersaults...

The revue ended with one last walk on the balance beam...

Joe and Lily cheered her on...

Sophia was then rewarded with her very own medal.
It is her first and boy was she proud of it.
She should be, she earned it...

The Pre-Show

Sophia had her gymnastics revue today.

She wanted to practice some posing before her big event...

I had to get a picture of her little backside in those blue hot pants...

and those muscular legs...

I think she's ready now.

Memorial Day

To celebrate Memorial Day, Joe had to work.

But then we went to a BBQ at his friend Jay's house.

It was hot, so the girls and little Easton went swimming...

Joe got a few minutes to enjoy the day and relax...

The girls never got out of the pool...
