After feeding the birds, it was time to feed ourselves. With all of the tiny bladders in this group, we had to make a pit stop first. So we ventured off around the pond and took the scenic route...
Right away, Lily found a stick...
Sophia stopped to enjoy the peacefulness of the water...
Just as Lily found the stick, Sophia also found something...
I warned her to leave it alone because it was duck poop...
She pondered this and then left it alone...
for just a moment before leaning over to inspect it a little more closely...
Yep, mommy wasn't kidding! It really is poop...
Maybe if I throw it into the water then no one will ever be the wiser...
