Water Works

Another day, another attempt to stay as cool as possible in the Arkansas heat...

An outdoor sink never crossed my mind as a fun summer toy, but it seems to be working for the girls...

Lily discovered that she could do a really cool trick...

and did it over and over again hoping to master it...

Sophia gave it her best try...

Lily saw me standing by and must have thought I looked hot...

So she did her best to cool me down...

Even as I begged her for mercy...

But I got my revenge...

and boy was it sweet!!!

Pixo Play

Pixos, ever heard of them?  Me neither, but they were a gift for Lily and they were ready to play with it...

Apparently they are these little balls that will stick together when sprayed with water...

Sissy wasn't quite sure what to do with them...

But Lily knew exactly what to do...

The finished product...

I'm not sure what to do with them once dry, but knowing my girls, they will find a use for them.

At the Car Wash

I desperately needed my car washed and the girls needed some relief from the heat.  So I had an idea...

It was a perfect solution...

 

Don't you just LOVE those little bikini bodies...

Mission Accomplished!!
