Pumpkin Patch: Part 2

Our trip to the pumpkin patch was too much fun and there were too many pictures that captured this fun, so I had to do a second part to show you all we did.
Our next stop was at the slides and boy did the girls enjoy themselves...

Did I mention how much I love the "Sports" function on my camera? It allowed me to get these step by step pictures of Sophia...

and one of Lily in action...
Sophia then stopped momentarily to play peek-a-boo before going down the slide...

Then she went back to see the animals. This time with Papa...

While Lily went through the hay tunnel..

Then it was time for a family picture...

and more cutouts...
while the girls waited for the tractor ride...

It took a little while before the ride took off and so Sophia found something else to do to fill her time...
It didn't take long for the girls to get back and for us to discover that Sophia was up to her mischievous ways once again...
Even with the bouncing of the tractor, Sophia managed to get her boot off...
At least we can always count on Lily to be on her best behavior...

Time for the tractor ride that takes us to the pumpkins. That is what we came here for after all...

Good thing the girls brought their rain boots, otherwise they may have gotten stuck in the icky sticky mud...

Sophia spotted the pumpkin and laid her claim to it by shouting "Mine" over and over again...
She had to inspect it...
It didn't take much longer for Lily to find hers as well...

It was time to gather our pumpkins...
and finish our hayride...

All that trudging through the mud proved to be too much for Sophia and she needed to take a rest...

Lily still had energy and wanted to use it to pull the wagon to the car...

This trip to the pumpkin patch was extra special for me as it was mine and Joe's wedding anniversary and I couldn't imagine spending it any other way.
